PLE 2025 Results Release Date Confirmed

Assessment body Uganda National Examinations Board (Uneb) is expected to confirm the official PLE 2025 results release date after teasing Ugandans online on the release date, but sources tell The Pearl Times Friday, January 30, 2026, will be the PLE 2025 results release date. 

As such, an announcement on PLE 2025 Results Release Date is expected on Thursday, January 29, 2026, sources further said.

The Pearl Times has also confirmed that Uneb officials briefed education and sports minister Janet Museveni on the performance in PLE 2025 at State House Nakasero on January 28, 2026.

There had been reports that the release of PLE 2025 results would be delayed over an internet shutdown but Uneb responded to the claims, as reported Here.

At the release of PLE 2025 results, a reporting date for Senior One will be announced, and will most likely be a revision of the 2026 school calendar.

A total of 817,998 candidates sat for the exams, with 428,398 girls and 389,589 boys.
