Internal affairs minister Gen Jeje Odongo has told Parliament security agencies do not know the whereabouts of 31 Ugandans, most of whom have been missing between November 18, 2020, and end of January 2021.
Minister Odongo listed some of the missing Ugandans as the following:
Gen Odongo accounted for 44 Ugandans who are under detention, out or bail or reappeared after some days:
