Internal affairs minister Gen Jeje Odongo has told Parliament security agencies do not know the whereabouts of 31 Ugandans, most of whom have been missing between November 18, 2020, and end of January 2021.
Minister Odongo listed some of the missing Ugandans as the following:

- Juma Mukasa | Katogo Village, Nama, Mukono | since December 23, 2020
- Joseph Kyakuwa | Katogo Village, Nama, Mukono | since December 23, 2020
- lsma Ssenkubuge | Katogo Village, Nama, Mukono | since December 23, 2020
- Stephen Ntulume | Katogo Village, Nama, Mukono | since December 23, 2020
