The Education Service Commission has released the list with names of over 5000 diploma teachers and non-teaching staff shortlisted for aptitude tests for government payroll jobs in seed schools.
The list was released in a notice issued for aptitude tests at Kololo SSS, Lubiri SS and Mengo SS under external advert number 3/2025 & addendum to external advert no. 3/2025 for assistant education officers and non-teaching personnel.
“The Secretary Education Service Commission (ESC) informs applicants who responded to the ESC External Advert No. 3/2025 and Addendum to External Advert No. 3/2025 for schools built under the Uganda Inter-Government Fiscal Transfer Program (UGIFT/3) FY 2025/2026 which appeared in The New Vision and The Monitor Newspapers of 22nd December 2025 and 2nd February 2026, for the posts of and Assistant Education Officer (AEO) & Non-teaching personnel, that the shortlists for aptitude tests are ready for viewing,” the ESC noted.
“Please note that the exercise shall run for TWO (02) days at various centers i.e. on 25th & 26th May, 2026 respectively.”
The aptitude tests will be administered at Kololo SS, Mengo SS and Lubiri SS in the capital Kampala.
“Please note [that] Assistant Education Officers will sit their aptitude test at Kololo SSS and Mengo SS while Non-teaching personnel will sit their aptitude test at Lubiri SS,”ESC further noted.
