YOU’RE SUCH A DISGRACE! First Son Muhoozi Kainerugaba Blasts His Fearless Enemy’s Lawyers

First Son and Commander Land Forces (CLF) Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has castigated lawyers representing his critic, novelist Kakwenza Rukirabashaija, for relying on fake news to argue their case in court.

Through his spokesperson Maj Chris Magezi, also the Director of Information for UPDF Land Forces, Lt Gen Kainerugaba has blasted Eron Kiiza and other lawyers for presenting a fake tweet as evidence in court.

Maj Magezi said Kiiza and others representing Rukirabashaija had behaved disgracefully.

“The reference by Kakwenza’s legal representatives to a bogus tweet is quite disgraceful. It only perpetuates the repulsive practice by some wayward elements in our society that forgery, disinformation and wanton abuse on social media is okay and without consequence. Sad!” said Magezi.

Meanwhile, Rukirabashaija’s lawyers have since secured a court order for the release of the novelist.
