You’re a Museveni agent working against your brother – Nsereko tells off Bobi Wine brother Nyanzi

Kampala Central MP Muhammad Nsereko has accused his rival Fred Ssentamu Nyanzi of the National Unity Platform (NUP) for reportedly accepting to be used by President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni against his brother Rob hiert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine.

On January 28, Mengo Magistrate’s Court dismissed Nyanzi’s application for a recount in certain polling stations.

Magistrate Esther Nansambu ruled that Nyanzi had failed to provide evidence to prove claims of presiding officers throwing out his agents at polling stations, and of Nsereko’s agents forging declaration of results forms.

Nansambu wondered why no single agent had sworn an affidavit to prove he was thrown out of a polling station.

She added that Nyanzi had filed the application as an afterthought.

After Nansambu had dismissed Nyanzi’s application, Nsereko gave an ultimatum to Bobi Wine’s brother to pay the costs incurred in the suit on February 01.

He also accused him of seeking positions and not focusing on the struggle against Museveni rule.

“I asked Nyanzi at Kololo whether he was guarding Bobi Wine’s votes. He did not even have a single DR form. He needs to tell the people who he really works for,” Nsereko said.

“He is being used because if we are opposition, we should be fighting the same cause. He’s simply looking for a job but not to serve. We want our money [court costs] on Monday.”

Nyanzi was previously a member of Museveni’s ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM).

Months ago, Bobi Wine defended his brother Nyanzi, NUP secretary general Lewis Rubongoya, and others against mole talk.
