Main opposition National Unity Platform (NUP) president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine and his former deputy president for Buganda Mathias Mpuuga Nsamba, the Nyendo-Mukungwe MP, met after a long time.
Now, the leader of the Democratic Alliance, Mpuuga and Bobi Wine found themselves seated close to each other during the Kabaka birthday thanksgiving mass at Rubaga Cathedral in Kampala.
Bobi Wine and Mpuuga shook hands and were at some point filmed chatting about something, leaving many wondering what the conversation was about.
Mpuuga and Bobi Wine fell out after the former, then the leader of the opposition in parliament, refused to cough a Shs500m million award he and other members of the Parliamentary Commission gave themselves.
Bobi Wine would later fire Mpuuga as the NUP deputy president for Buganda, replacing him with Muwanga Kivumbi, the Butambala County MP, as reported Here.
Mpuuga would later say he was capable of becoming Uganda’s president and the National Unity Platform. (See Details Here).

But he formed his own political group, the Democratic Alliance, where one of his supporters and promoters, singer Alien Skin, embarrassed him by saying that they were both birds of the same feather, with Mpuuga accused of ‘stealing’ Shs500m, and Alien Skin some less amount, as The Pearl Times reported Here.
It should also be remembered that court ‘cleared’ Mpuuga of wrongdoing but the court of public opinion seems to still have issues with him.
After court cleared him, Mpuuga blasted Bobi Wine and his supporters, telling them to start using their heads, as reported Here.
