Stop Hiding Behind My Father! Gen Muhoozi Threatens to Arrest Lt Gen Peter Elwelu Soon

Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the UPDF Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) says he will soon arrest former deputy CDF Lt Gen Peter Elwelu.

Gen Muhoozi has hurled some uncouth insults at Lt Gen peter Elwelu and opined that the lieutenant general who was until March 2024 the deputy CDF should not be in the UPDF, Uganda’s military.

Muhoozi also said that Gen Elwelu was hiding behind President Yoweri Museveni.

“Elweru is a buf***n! He is completely unworthy of our great Army! He better run as fast as his small legs can carry him,” wrote Muhoozi.

“There is one F0*L that I will arrest soon. He is hiding behind my father but I will capture him. He comes from Teso.”

In March, Museveni fired Gen Peter Elwelu and consoled him with the job of presidential advisor, as The Pearl Times reported Here and There.

Gen Muhoozi has also said that he wants his mother Janet Museveni succeeding his father to become Uganda’s first female president. (See Details Here).
