First Son Muhoozi Kainerugaba: God is on My Side; My Enemies Make me Greater When They Fight Me

First Son Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has told his ‘enemies’ they make him stronger by fighting him because God’s son Christ is on his side.

In recent months, Lt Gen Kainerugaba, the Commander Land Forces (CLF), and senior presidential advisor on special operations for his father President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni, Kainerugaba has been criticized by the opposition over alleged clampdown on dissenting voices.

At the end of last year, security operatives arrested novelist Kakwenza Rukirabashaija over tweets that prosecution has since claimed disturbed the peace of the first son and his father.

Some of the criticism against Lt Gen Kainerugaba has touched on his alleged presidential ambitions as debate on the succession and transitioon from Museveni, 77, and in power for 36 years now, continues.

The CLF now says his enemies won’t manage him because God has always fought for him.

“Through out my life Christ has been on my side. Those who fight me are simply making me greater!” wrote Kainerugaba.

“Every David needs a Goliath.”
