BREAKING: Frank Nyakaana Rusa Appointed Acting KCCA ED Replacing Dorothy Kisaka

Frank Nyakaana Rusa has been appointed the acting Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) days after President Yoweri Museveni sacked Dorothy Kisaka over the Kiteezi landfill tragedy.

The new KCCA acting ED, Frank Nyakaana Rusa is the legal director at the Kampala Capital City Authority.

Robert Nowera has been appointed to replace David Luyimbazi, the fired KCCA Deputy Executive Director. Nowera, like Frank Nyakaana Rusa, will serve in acting capacity.

Also appointed to serve in acting capacity is Sarah Zalwango Karen who will now serve as Acting Director of Public Health, a position previously held by Dr Daniel Okello.

Frank Nyakaana Rusa, Robert Nowera and Sarah Zalwango Karen will be acting KCCA top bosses for a few months.

President Museveni has given the Public Service Commission an ultimatum within which to appoint a new substantive KCCA ED, replacing sacked Dorothy Kisaka. (See Details Here and There).
