Uganda to Sell Firefighting Vehicles aka Muliro Eaters to Russia, US — Museveni

Uganda’s president Yoweri Museveni says his country will sell firefighting vehicles aka Muliro Eaters to Russia, US, UK and the EU if they embrace Kampala’s business proposal.

Museveni’s scientists have presented the Muliro Eater prototype to ambassadors of Russia, US, UK and the EU at a meeting in Uganda.

“I was delighted to present our innovative firefighting vehicle, named the Muliro Eater, to the Ambassadors of the USA, Russia, the UK, and EU member states,” he noted.

“We showcased the prototype during the meeting.”

The president said he set out to find a solution for the wildfires that periodically ravage these countries.

The Muliro Eater is a product of African firefighting tactics and military tank technology.

“Having frequently watched on TV as fires devastated towns and regions in these countries, I was inspired to combine our African firefighting tactics with military tank technology to create this fire-eating vehicle,” Museveni noted.

The long serving Ugandan leader was optimistic that russia, US, UK and the EU would buy Kampala’s Muliro Eaters.

“I hope that they will embrace this proposal and become our clients,” he noted.

“This initiative represents our commitment to philanthropy and the promotion of African innovations.”
