St Mark’s Secondary School Kabwohe, Upland Secondary School Kyenjogyera, St Thomas Vocational Secondary School and Bubangizi Secondary School are the best 2022 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) schools in districts of Sheema, Buhweju, Rubirizi and Mitooma, respectively.

The four districts, which were carved out of Bushenyi, are steadily learning to stand on their feet in education and their schools continue to improve.

In Sheema District, St Mark’s SS Kabwohe, Masheruka Girls SS, Itendero SS, Bishop Mcallister College Kyogyera, and Bugongi SS are the top five schools. Kitagata SS, Kitagata High School, St John’s SS Nyabwina, Nganwa HS, and St Paul’s Kyempitsi HS complete the district’s top 10 list.
