SCHEDULE PER SCHOOL: Aptitude Tests for 7800 Graduate Teachers Shortlisted for Government Payroll Jobs in Seed Schools Kick Off

Aptitude tests for 7800 graduate teachers shortlisted for government payroll jobs in seed schools have kicked off. Successful applicants will be hired under the ‘Education Officer’ position.

The aptitude tests are being administered at the Makerere University College of Computing and Information Sciences in Kampala, with thousands of teachers travelling to the capital to do these tests.

Beginning today, Wednesday, May 13, 2026, the aptitude tests will run up to Saturday, May 16, 2026.

The tests being conducted this week are for the first batch, which includes clusters one, two and three. The next batch will include more clusters.

Teachers who applied for jobs in the seed schools of St Paul High School in Buhweju District, Kyantumo Seed SS in Kazo District, Kijongo High School in Ibanda, and St George’s Seed SS Kibuzigye in Rubanda.

The others are Kibatsi Seed S.S in Ntungamo, Bushogye Moslem Seed S.S in Kanungu, Kyakiddu Seed S.S in Kasanda, Kiganda Seed SS in Kasanda, Kalububbu Seed SS in Sembabule, Mataba Seed SS in Kayunga, and Seeta Church of Uganda SS in Mityana.

The others are St Joseph SS Kasambya in Nakaseke, St Mary’s SS Mwello in Tororo, Amolo Seed SS in Amuria, Oriamo Seed SS in Kaberamaido, Alito Seed SS in Kapelebyong, Agirigiroi Seed SS in Ngora, and Dakabela Seed SS in Soroti.
