SAD! Tears as Journalist Sabbitti Dies in Taxi Accident

Independent daily newspaper Daily Monitor has confirmed the death of Nation Media Group (NMG) Journalist Sabbiiti Magembe following a taxi accident in Mubende District.

A speeding taxi knocked Magembe September 16 morning.

He was later rushed to Mubende Hospital where he succumbed to injuries.

has been confirmed dead shortly after he was involved in an accident in Mubende on Thursday morning.

“With heavy hearts, we regret to announce the death of Sabbiiti Magembe who has been an NMG correspondent in Mubende District,” said Daily Monitor in a statement.

“He died in Mubende Hospital where he was rushed after he was knocked by a taxi this morning.”
