Ronald Balimwezo Nsubuga, the National Unity Platform (NUP) candidate, has won the Kampala Lord Mayor election, beating incumbent Erias Lukwago.
Balimwezo, the Nakawa East MP, secured 141,220 votes, ending Lukwago’s 15-year reign at City Hall.
