Revealed: Murdered Bushenyi radio presenter had infected girlfriend with HIV, chewed her money and was planning to introduce another woman

Fresh details have emerged of the murder in Rwentuuha, Bushenyi, of Hunter FM radio presenter Allan Mandela King Mateeka aka Sports Master Mateeka.

Mateeka was reportedly killed by his girlfriend Loyce Mbaine Tihainomwangire, a receptionist at BFM, another radio station in Bushenyi.

Tihainomwangire had attempted to run away after slaying Allan Mandela King Sports Master Mateeka.

But screams from the presenter’s Rwentuuha room attracted neighbors who ensured the BFM receptionist was arrested.

She was detained at Bushenyi Central Police Station.

A source at the station told The Pearl Times reporter in Bushenyi that detectives had allowed Tihainomwangire hours to first calm down before grilling her.

Preliminary findings indicated that the relationship between Allan Mandela King Sports Master Mateeka and Tihainomwangire had turned sour but the duo had reconciled.

That Tihainomwangire had injected a lot of money into the radio presenter only for her to be disappointed to find out that he was secretly seeing another girl.

The source further claimed that Tihainomwangire had been enraged after learning that Allan Mandela King Sports Master Mateeka was planning to introduce another girl in the coming months.

Another source said the BFM receptionist had also learnt that Allan Mandela King Sports Master Mateeka had infected her with HIV/Aids.

Police is yet to issue a comprehensive statement. We have learnt that investigations have been extended to include Allan Mandela King Sports Master Mateeka’s other girlfriends to ascertain the various allegations of the cause of the murder.
