President Museveni
President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni will address Ugandans on the state of the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) in the country for the second time this week.
The address will, as always, be broadcast live on all mainstream media stations.
Deputy presidential press secretary Faruk Kirunda has confirmed that the address will happen on Saturday, just a few days from the previous address.
“H.E. the President of the Republic of Uganda Gen. (Rtd) Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni will this Saturday, October 15th, 2022 at 8.00pm address the nation to give updates on the status of Ebola in the country. The address will be live on all radio and TV stations,” said Kirunda.
In his second address, Museveni ordered witchdoctors and miracle-working prophets and pastors to stop working on Ebola patients. (Read all New Directives on Ebola Here).
