The Pearl Times understands that the Museveni government is mulling the formation of a Salaries Harmonization Commission to resolve the complaints on salary disparities.

Also, government has announced it will not increase salaries in the current financial years because of the negative impact of the Covid19 pandemic on the economy.

Hundreds of thousands of government workers will share Shs5.5tn in salaries this financial year.
