Makerere University has released the lists with names of students admitted on government sponsorship for bachelor of laws and Bachelor of Education (External) for 2026-2027 academic year.
The release of the list with names of students admitted on government sponsorship for bachelor of laws came about a week after the office of the Academic Registrar released the results for Bachelor of Laws Pre-Entry Examination 2026-2027 held on Saturday April 18, 2026. Candidates who scored 50 per cent and above passed the examination and were recommended to the Admissions Committee for consideration.
Candidate who were not satisfied with their results were given a chance to appeal within two weeks from the date of the release of results.
Now, the university has released the list with names of students admitted on government sponsorship for bachelor of laws.
Meanwhile, the Office of Academic Registrar at Makerere University has also released the admission list of Diploma holders provisionally admitted to Bachelor of Education (EXTERNAL) programme under Private Sponsorship for the Academic Year 2026/2027 pending verification of their academic documents by the awarding institutions.
