Jose Chameleone and Bobi Wine
National Unity Platform (NUP) leader and singer Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has given the latest update on Jose Chameleone health condition.
Rushed to Nakasero Hospital in the capital Kampala, Jose Chameleone, real name Joseph Mayanja, was said to be in critical condition by the time of admission at the Kampala based private hospital.
It was not clear what was ailing Jose Chameleone but the Leone Island boss looked frail at the time he arrived at the hospital.
Bobi Wine, a contemporary of Jose Chameleone in the music industry, has often disagreed with him on political issues, especially ever since Bobi Wine emerged as a key opposition force on Uganda’s political scene.
Bobi Wine put such political differences and drove to Nakasero to check on Jose Chameleone in hospital a day after he was rushed there for medical attention.
But when Bobi Wine and his team arrived at Nakasero Hospital to check on his critically ill music contemporary, he was unable to see him.
But he was able to see and talk with doctors on Jose Chameleone’s medical team.
The doctors told Bobi Wine that Jose Chameleone “was sedated and not in position to be seen.”
Bobi Wine has urged Ugandans to keep praying for Jose Chameleone.
