Islamic State (IS) say they were behind Saturday evening bomb blast at Digida Pork Joint in Komamboga, Kampala.
According to Uganda Police, the Komamboga bomb blast was an act of domestic terrorism.
Hours later, reports suggested ID IS had claimed responsibility of the Komamboga attack.
According to Reuters, the Islamic State had posted in an affiliated Telegram channel late Sunday that they were behind the Komamboga bomb blast.
The Telegram statement claimed “members and spies of the Crusader Ugandan government were gathering” in the bar hit Saturday night.
