FULL LIST: See Names of 1,200 Secondary School Teachers Recruited by Government

Government has recruited a total of 1,188 secondary school teachers for six subjects: history, Christian Religious Education (CRE), Agriculture, Fine Art, Entrepreneurship and Business Education.

“The Secretary, Education Service Commission informs candidates who sat for the above interviews from 251h – 29th October (Kampala Center) and 15th – 26th November 2021 (Upcountry Centers), that the results are hereby released,” announced Mohammed Kaaya, the acting ESC Secretary.

“Candidates whose names do not appear should consider themselves unsuccessful.”

Kaaya also announced dates when notification forms should be picked.

“Notification letters to successful candidates, will be issued from the ESC Offices on First Floor, Farmers’ House, Parliamentary Avenue on the dates indicated below from 9am – 3pm each day,” he added.

  • Senior Educ. Officers – Arts & Sciences – 1st February 2022
  • Education Officers – Agriculture, Entrepreneurship – 1st February 2022
  • Education Officers – CRE, Geography – 2nd February 2022
  • Asst. Educ. Officers – Entrepreneurship – 2nd February 2022
  • Asst. Educ. Officers – Business Educ, Agric DM, Fine Art DM – 3rd February 2022
  • Asst. Educ. Officers – CRE – 4th February 2022
  • Asst- Educ. Officers – Geography – 7th February 2022
  • Asst. Educ. Officers – History – 8th February 2022
