First Son Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has made it clear that he will continue to follow orders from his father Gen Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni.
Lt Gen Kainerugaba, thought by some to be Uganda’s crown prince, is also the Commander Land Forces and his father’s senior advisor on special operations.

He has also praised his father for his role in establishing an army that he says was now giving Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels headache.
“Like my uncle I shall follow my father’s orders till the end,” said Kainerugaba.
“Under his leadership we have built one of the best militaries in Africa! ADF is now learning what UPDF means!”
