DJ Jacob Omutuuze Reportedly Deported

Ddembe FM presenter Jacob Kyaligonza Akugizibwe aka DJ Jacob Omutuuze has reportedly been deported from Dubai after his passport was listed in a crime.

The presenter had been arrested and detained in Dubai over concerns related to the authenticity and the ‘misuse’ of his passport.

Jacob Omutuuze complained that his detention, which persisted for about five days, had affected his plans.

He denied any wrongdoing, suggesting he was a victim of mistaken identity.

Now reports have indicated that DJ Jacob Omutuuze has been deported back to Uganda.

The intervention of Ugandan authorities had reportedly made it easier for Omutuuze to be deported back to Entebbe International Airport.
