Rwanda National Police (RNP) has confirmed the arrest of Miss Rwanda 2022 Divine Nshuti Muheto. On October 29, RNP said Divine Nshuti Muheto had been involved in traffic violations.
Crowned Miss Rwanda in 2022, Divine Nshuti Muheto took over from Grace Ingabire. Rwanda banned the beauty pageant in May 2022 over a scandal.
