Seeking to customize its communications solutions to each client, Kastommed BPO Solutions Ltd is hiring qualified individuals to boost its team to deliver for its array of clients.

Available positions include two team leaders for Kastommed BPO Solutions Ltd’s fast-growing contact Center committed to providing exceptional customer service.

The team leaders’ key responsibilities will include team leadership, training and development, performance management, customer service excellence, reporting and analysis, process improvement and team motivation.

Kastommed BPO Solutions Ltd will also recruit an Administrator under the Finance and Administration Department. The Administrator will be responsible for managing and tracking job-related processes, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

He or she will also work closely with internal teams to maintain organized records, communicate updates, and support the overall workflow of projects. S/he will also offer liaison support between different project leaders or departments and provide insight into efficient operations.

The company is also recruiting 15 Customer Care Representatives under its Customer Care Department. Key customer support responsibilities for customer care representatives will include responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies; guiding customers through the use of products and services as well as gathering insight and data from customers, documenting and reporting about trends.
