But hours after posters of an alleged ‘Katumba Wamala’ Project and birthday bash started circulating online, Gen Katumba Wamala has spoken out on the alleged party and ‘project.’
A former UPDF and Uganda Police Force (UPF) chief, Gen Katumba Wamala has dismissed the rumored birthday bash and ‘project.’
“Please disregard it and treat it with the contempt it deserves,” he said.
