National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has told president Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni the world has begun to act against him after the US announced visa restrictions against Ugandans.
On Friday, US secretary of state Antony Blinken said a visa ban had been imposed against security and Government officials accused of undermining democracy.
But Blinken didn’t name the officials affected by the sanctions.
