Ugandan ‘gay Tiktoker’ Ken Mukalakasa, who was filmed sodomizing a boy has surrendered to Minister Balaam Barugahara and apologized.
Minister Balaam Barugahara said security officers had been looking for Ken Mukalakasa for a long time for his despicable and immoral act of forcing himself on a boy and making him vomit in the process.
A video of the disgusting act was recorded and shared online, attracting the attention of police and Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi, who is the junior minister in charge of youth and children’s affairs.
When Mukalakasa appeared in Balaam Barugahara’s office in Kampala, the minister called in supposed plain clothed security officers who have reportedly been looking for him and asked him to apologize before them.
TikToker Mukalakasa moved to apologize but was still standing, prompting Minister Balaam Barugahara and those who were in his office to tell the controversial content creator to get on to his knees and apologize properly.
Mukalakasa said the video is from about five years, and that he regrets his actions. He says he is now a married person and has children – and that he is a changed person.
Minister Balaam Barugahara says TikToker Ken Mukalakasa is now being investigated by police’s CID. The minister suggest that TikToker Ken Mukalakasa could have drugged the boy before forcing himself on to him.
The minister has appealed to investigators “to handle this matter with the utmost seriousness, diligence, and transparency to ensure justice is served.”
“I would like to inform the general public that the man seen in the TikTok video, allegedly v!0lating and @bus!ng a young boy to the extent of causing him to vomit during the incident, has surrendered himself to our offices. He is currently under questioning and investigation by CID regarding these serious allegations involving a minor,” wrote Balaam Barugahara.
“It is believed that the suspect may have drugged the young victim prior to carrying out these @bus!ve actions. I therefore appeal to the investigators.”
The youth and children’s minister urged all Ugandans to “respect the laws of the land and uphold the dignity and rights of others,” noting that “@buse in any form is unacceptable and must be condemned by all.”

Quoting a bible verse from Proverbs 31:8 – Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute – Minister Balaam Barugahara vowed to keep the defending people like the one TikToker Ken Mukalakasa is accused of @bus!ng.
Months ago, Minister Balaam threatened to arrest TikToker Shani Lips after her video with another girl in a lesbian act leaked. (See Details Here, There and Over There).
A few weeks ago, a Ugandan bishop was sent to prison for reportedly forcing himself on to his barber, as reported Here.
