After singing a few lines, he and the guitar was taken away from him, and his chat with his visitor, Minister Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi, continued. Jose Chameleone told Balaam Barugahara how much he loved him.
The minister promised to send the singer some money to help him and emphasized that he would tell ensure that President Yoweri Museveni is reminded of the need and urgency to have Jose Chameleone flown to the USA for better health care services.
Balaam Barugahara also said that Jose Chameleone, whom he praises as one of Uganda’s finest, was planning to release new songs as soon as he gets better. “New music on the way for all his fans,” posted Minister Barugahara.
The new music release is expected when Jose Chameleone returns from the US where he will go next week for treatment, according to the junior minister for youth and children’s affairs.
The songs will include the one whose that he sampled when Balaam Barugahara visited in hospital. It looks like the minister had had the song from the singer before he fell sick.
