UCE 2025 results for the second cohort of candidates under the New Lower Secondary (NLSC) competence based curriculum (CBC) are being released today February 13, 2026.
Education minister Janet Museveni and Uneb officials are gathering at State House Nakasero for the release of the second cohort of UCE results under the new curriculum.
In 2020, the Ministry of Education and Sports rolled out the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) for the lower secondary school level, which necessitated assessment reforms.
A total of 432,159 students sat for their S4 final exams between October 13, 2025, and November 7, 2025, from 4,308 schools or examination centres across the country.
