UBOS Extends Application Deadline for Census Enumerator & Supervisor Jobs

Uganda Bureau of Statistics (Ubos) has announced an extension of the deadline for applications for census enumerators and supervisors.

Ubos is in the process of recruiting 18,483 supervisors and 114,460 enumerators for Uganda’s Census 2024.

The census enumerators and census supervisors will be Ubos’ field staff for the National Population and Housing Census 2024.

In the earlier call, Ubos has announced that the deadline for receiving applications would be Friday, March 15, 2024, having officially advertised the jobs in notices run in national print dailies.

But Ubos has now announced that the deadline will shift from March 15, 2024, to March 22, 2024. The week-long extension is expected to give hundreds of thousands of applicants complete their online applications processes.

“Following the recently advertised jobs for the #UgandaCensus2024    Enumerator and  Enumeration Supervisor  positions, Management wishes to inform the general public that UBOS  has extended the expiry date of receiving applications to the 22nd day of March 2024,” wrote Ubos.
