UACE 2023 Results Release Date: Uneb Finally Speaks Out

UACE 2023 Results Release Date: Uneb Finally Speaks Out ANALYSIS: Best, Worst Done Subjects UACE Named (By Number of As, Fs)

Assessment body Uganda National Examinations Board (Uneb) has spoken out on the UACE 2023 results release date.

Candidates who sat last year’s Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE), their parents and teachers have been eagerly awaiting the release of UACE 2023 Results.

At least 110,579 candidates registered to sit their UACE 2023 exams. This number was a few thousands higher than the 97,889 candidates who sat for the same Uneb A-level exams in the year 2022.

After days of speculation, Uneb says the results will be out – soon. “Knocking! #UACE2023 RESULTS to be released soon!”

That’s a teaser Uneb has become accustomed to in recent national examination results releases but it has often been followed by the releases. UACE 2023 Results Release Date is no exception.

Indeed, although this is not Uneb’s official position but The Pearl Times projects that the results could be out tomorrow, Thursday, March 07, 2024 – that is if Uneb’s ‘soon’ is anytime this week.

Friday, March 08, 2024 is a public holiday (International Women’s Day) – meaning it is unlikely to be the UACE 2023 Results Release Date.

If Uneb officials brief Education and Sports Minister Janet Museveni today, Wednesday, March 6, 2024, then tomorrow’s date will most likely be the UACE 2023 Results Release Date. But it’s also likely the UACE 2023 Results Release Date could be pushed to next week in case the education minister and first lady is busy as was the case with PLE 2023 results release date.

For now, you can check out the best performing A-level schools in previous UACE sittings Here, There and Over There.
