Jacob Oulanyah, the late speaker of the 11th Parliament, would be celebrating his 57th birthday today, but his relatives and government are instead preparing for his burial.
Oulanyah died on March 20. (Read Story Here).
He passed on just three days to his birthday.
“We would be celebrating your 57th birthday today but instead, we are celebrating your life. Rest in power, Rt Hon Speaker,” read a tweet from Parliament of Uganda.
