There is high tension in Uganda’s banking sector ahead of a landmark court ruling on an appeal case involving Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) Uganda and Kenya tomorrow, May 05, 2021.
On April 28, Court of Appeal registrar wrote to DTB Uganda and Kenya, and Ham Enterprises Ltd, informing them of the date of the judgement.
Court of Appeal Justices will deliver their judgement starting 12pm, according to a notice Pearl Times News has seen.
