NBS TV presenter Douglas Lwanga is in trouble with Ugandans, including westerners such as the Banyankore, for labelling singer Reagan Muhairwe aka Ray G a ‘western Ugandan artiste.’
It all began when Douglas Lwanga congratulated Ray G on wedding baby mama Annabelle Twinomugisha.
“Western Uganda’s artist Ray G has made it official. We say congratulations bro,” said Lwanga.
But hell broke loose when some people began accusing Lwanga of sectarianism and promoting tribalism in Uganda’s music industry.
And the debate went on, with Ray G trending online for hours.
