A leaked cabinet list published by Daily Monitor indicates State House Comptroller Lucy Nakyobe Mbonye is President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni’s Vice president pick.

If the leaked cabinet list is anything to go by, Lucy Nakyobe could replace Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi as Vice President in the coming days.
That will make her Uganda’s second female vice president under Museveni, and since independence.
The first was Specioza Wandira Kazibwe.
