PHOTOS: What You Missed at Museveni Government Spokesperson Ofwono Opondo Daughter’s Wedding

Zephaniah Ofwono Opondo, the spokesperson of President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni’s NRM government, has had a great year, especially on the side of his children’s marriages.

In August 2021, it was his son Gilbert Opondo’s marriage ceremony.

Then followed Buganda Prime Minister Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga’s ‘daughter’ Samantha Nanziri, getting married to the government spokesperson’s son Emmanuel Ofwono.

And today, Ofwono Opondo had the honor of marching his daughter Alice Opondo into the All Saints Church Nakasero in Kampala for her wedding to Eng lvan Katende.

At the ceremony where Rev Patrick Kamara was the main celebrant, Alice Opondo and Ivan Katende exchanged their vows.

The Katendes then hosted their guests to a reception that was attended by, among others, Jacob Oboth Oboth, Ofwono Opondo’s MP for West Budama Central, who also doubles as State Minister for Defence (General Duties).
