Tycoon Emmanuel Lwasa has been speaking in tongues ever since a video in which he was reportedly captured ‘eating beans’ found its way online.
In the video, a man whose face is unseen is captured ‘eating beans’ in a way that visibly left the bean owner happy, and in a manner that has since excited social media.
The man, whose experience is evident in the video, is so much enjoying the ‘bean meal’ that he licks the plate before trying the ‘Mbarara style’ which makes the rivers of water flow from the ‘plate.’ Never mind the man’s small cassava stem (men with small cassava stems matter, don’t they?).
Most people who watched the video swore that the man therein was businessman Lwasa. First the tycoon denied this allegation.
“I am a rich man. If I want money, I just go to my account and withdraw what I want to use. All my businesses are bringing in money,” he told Sanyuka TV.
“If the issue of the video is of help and educative to children, then so be it. I don’t mind if you decide to circulate that video because the man in that video was not me.”
But Lwasa later told the same station that he is the man in the video and that as any human being, he should be forgiven because mistakes happen.
“Any person can get in that trouble. Please forgive me. I think it looks like it [the ka-video] is mine,” he said.
