IT’S ANOTHER KIWAANI THAT WILL END IN TEARS: Ugandans Tell Off Museveni for Buying American Actor Howard Terrence’s Confusing Hydrogen Technology Proposal to Secure Uganda

Ugandans have been reacting to a proposal by American actor Terrence Howard to develop a new Hydrogen technology to secure and defend the sovereignty of Uganda.

After meeting Terrence Howard at State Lodge Nakasero, President Museveni said he had had “a fruitful discussion” with the “American actor and technopreneur” and his wife Ms Miranda Pak who are on a visit to Uganda.

But Ugandans have been reminding the president of the need to take the proposal for the deployment of hydrogen technology with some pinch of salt, especially after some celebrities who previously visited him pitched great ideas but failed to implement them.
