Christopher Okello Onyum Loved Children — Landlord Tells Court Hearing Ggaba Daycare Murder Case
A Ugandan magistrate has told the Ggaba children’s killer he can apply for bail. Christopher Okello Onyum, the man who killed four children at Ggaba Early Childhood Development Centre last week (and who some chose to legally refer to as a suspect), appeared before the Chief Magistrates’ Court of Makindye were he was formally charged and remanded.
A Ugandan MP has been sent to prison over theft and ordered to refund stolen money. Samuel Otukol, the Pallisa County MP, was sentenced by the Anti-Corruption Court’s Grade One Magistrate Esther Asiimwe. Otukol is a director for both both Samix Uganda Ltd and Zedkol Financial Services.
