Marcus Ali Lwanga aka God’s Plan has spoken out on his breakup with social media influencer Sheilah Gashumba, and reports that he is dating Baby Gloria Ssenyonjo.
Both God’s Plan and Sheilah Gashumba have confirmed breaking up.
“I don’t remember saying that I am dating anyone. I have been single as a Pringle,” said Sheila Gashumba on March 30.
God’s Plan also went ahead to confirm that he separated with Gashumba months ago but the duo had tried to make things work out in vain.
“If I am to be honest with you, I would say we separated last year in July, August. We stopped living together then. Between August and January 2021, we weren’t seeing each other,” God’s Plan said in a recent interview.
“We went on holiday together in January, it didn’t work; we went our separate ways. Sometimes things don’t work out and you have to accept.”
He emphasized: “Obviously, we would meet up as friends here and there. We actually tried to make it work. We didn’t break up because of what you see on social media. We had broken up a long time ago.
“We went to Zanzibar to try and make it work but it certainly didn’t work out. We agreed to call it off respectably, and we moved on.”
Marcus noted he had been with Sheilah for three years.
What about Baby Gloria?
God’s Plan Marcus Ali Lwanga has also dismissed claims that gospel singer Baby Gloria is the Sheilah Gashumba’s replacement.
He denied claims that he was already getting worryingly close to Baby Gloria.
“I own a company [that deals in events] and she is one of the ladies that work for City Events. She is a host. And she is just a friend, a sister; nothing more, to be honest with you,” said God’s Plan.
“And about a video where we were close, that’s a video you take with your friends, there is nothing going on, to be honest with you.”
