Gen Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni has elevated a total of 76 Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) in the latest army promotions.

Now, the UPDF has released the full list of newly promoted officers.
UPDF spokesperson Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye says the promotions were “well deserved.”
