Education Minister Janet Museveni
Government, through the Education Service Commission (ESC), has appointed new headteachers, promoting a number of graduate teachers to the post of school heads.
The newly appointed headteachers were part of a batch of applicants that sat interviews for the post at the start of May 2022.
Less than two weeks since the end of the interviews, ESC, whose secretary is Dr Asuman Lukwago, has released the final list of successful candidates.
“The Secretary, Education Service Commission (ESC) informs the candidates who sat interviews under Advert No. 2/2021 for the post of Headteacher. From 4th – 6th May, 2022 that the results are hereby released,” noted Dr Lukwago while announcing the appointment of the new school bosses.
“Successful candidates should pick their notification letters from the Education Service Commission Offices on First Floor, Farmers House, Parliament Avenue, Room 112 from 23rd – 27th May 2022.”
