First son and Special Forces Command (SFC) boss Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has opened up about a March 02 meeting attended by top security chiefs.
Commander-in-chief of armed forces and Lt Gen Kainerugaba’s father Gen Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni chaired the meeting that dragged on for hours at State House Entebbe.
According to Museveni, “discussions focused on the general security situation in the country.”
But praising his father, SFC commandant Kainerugaba alluded to fresh assignments Museveni had given the security chiefs.
The assignments are expected to be completed soon, according to the first son.
“Yesterday, the senior officers of the UPDF and UPF were honoured to meet our great Commander in Chief, His Excellency Yoweri Museveni,” he said.
“He briefed us on the tasks we have to accomplish in the near future. We are always grateful for his wise guidance.”
