SAVE US FROM KATEBE: Sacked RDCs Beg Museveni to Give them ISO Jobs

Recently fired Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), Resident City Commissioners (RCCs) and their deputies have asked President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni to deploy them in security agencies such as Internal Security Organization (ISO).

Weeks ago, Museveni fired a number of RDCs, RCCs and their deputies, replacing them with a new crop of NRM cadres.

Museveni’s office recently released a new list of RDCs, RCCs and their deputies. (See List HERE).

And as we have reported, the fired RDCs and RCCs formed some sort of pressure group. (Read Story Here).

Under the National Former RDCs and RCCs Association (FORCA), the group has written to the president asking for his audience.

In their letter dated April 05, the former RDCs, RCCs and deputies are seeking an appointment for a meeting with the president.

One of the issues they want to discuss is their possible deployment to security organizations.

“The purpose of our meeting, among others, is to discuss with you as our Appointing Authority and seek for an alternative deployment in other security sectors ie ISO/ESO or so,” wrote FORCA Chairman Richard Andama.
