First son Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has announced the date when his 48th birthday celebrations will end.
Lt Gen Kainerugaba, who is also the Commander of UPDF Land Forces, is planning a ‘mega’ party to close his birthday celebrations.
On April 23, Kainerugaba held a birthday party at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala.
At the party, Lt Gen Kainerugaba, also the Commander of UPDF Land Forces, unveiled his plan for Ugandan youth. (Read Story Here).
Earlier, Muhoozi had addressed those who participated in a marathon to honor him. The first son said the country was on fire because of him. (Read Story Here).
On April 24, President Museveni held a State House dinner to honour his son Muhoozi. (See Photos from Muhoozi Dinner HERE).
At the State House dinner was President Paul Kagame of Rwanda.
Kagame said that he and others have great expectations in Muhoozi. (Read Story Here).

More parties to celebrate the first son’s birthday have since been held in some towns such as Rukungiri and Lira.
According to events promoter Balaam Barugahara, the Muhoozi celebrations will be at Buhinga Stadium on May 05.
On May 01, Muhoozi announced that only the birthday boy would declare the end of his 48th birthday celebrations.
“The birthday celebrations of Team MK across Uganda will only cease when I declare them over! Otherwise, all supporters should remain fully mobilized! No one should disturb MK supporters!” said Kainerugaba.
But a day later, the first son announced that the celebrations will end on May 07 with a mega party.
“We have one more party to go before I order a ceasefire! It will be on Saturday the 7th of May. I don’t know why the committee I appointed is not updating you?” wrote Muhoozi.
