First son Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has assured all Ugandan drunkards that there will be plenty of beer for drunkards who will attend his party in Jinja City on Sunday, May 29, 2022.
Although Lt Gen Kainerugaba, who is also the Commander of UPDF Land Forces, recently announced the end of his 48th birthday celebrations, more parties are being conducted to celebrate him.
According to events promoter Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi, one of the key organizers of the Jinja party, the main aim is to popularize the Muhoozi Agenda. “We are here to support and jointly work with Team Chairman, Revolutionary Guards, Fufa and Team MK Busoga for the best bash in Busoga. We have a common goal: MK non-stop.
Muhoozi has invited all drunkards to the party. “Ngu eriho neza kubeita? [will it (beer) be there in plenty?] Come to Jinja tomorrow mwena abasinzi [all drunkards]! We shall party properly!” the first son tweeted.

Some of the critics of Kainerugaba accuse him of drinking. But Museveni’s son says he is a Christian who doesn’t judge others.
“As much as I am a Christian, probably one of the best. I have never looked for marks in that regard. I want to tell all Ugandans and especially the youth. Never feel judged by anybody. Be careful but always live your life!” wrote Muhoozi.

He added: “As long as I am your Chief, I will never condemn you my lovely people. They condemned us for many things! They said we were hopeless! But Jesus Christ gave us hope! We are tired of the condemnations from many! If Jesus Christ does not condemn us we are free!”
It should be remembered that Muhoozi was weeks ago dragged to court to over his birthday party speeches and tweets in which he made political statements, including some about his interest in becoming president. But the first son blasted the lawyer who sued him and told him that the ‘Highest Judge is on his [Muhoozi’s] side.’ (Read Story Here).
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja recently made it clear that a drunkard cannot be Uganda’s President or even replace Museveni, a message that some interpreted as an attack on the Muhoozi Project and Bobi Wine’s presidential ambitions. (Read Story Here).
