Parliament of Uganda has been told that there is an alleged plan by disappointed primary school teachers and their secondary school counterparts who teach arts subjects to decline to take part in the marking of this year’s national examinations: Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE).Â
