Motor-mouthed blogger Isma Olaxes Kalevu has been arrested by Uganda Police Force (UPF) detectives this Monday, October 04 morning.
Isma Olaxes Kalevu was arrested by detectives from CID headquarters Kibuli.
Accord to CID spokesperson Charles Mansio Twine, blogger Isma Olaxes Kalevu faces charges of offensive communication and criminal libel.
“Detectives at CID headquarters of Uganda Police have this morning 4th October, 2021 arrested Isma Olaxes aka Isma Kalevu and Charged him to Court for Offensive Communication and Criminal Libel,” said Twine.
